They're drawn to the worlds of design, advertising, illustration, animation and all creative business in-between. We want to put the wind into their sails; celebrating the best of their work, while sharing intelligence and inspirations to empower them along the way to wherever they want to go.
We've been doing this in many ways since we set sail ourselves in 2001. Ways like our longstanding award programmes and online showcases which elevate outstanding new talent, our creative directory which makes difficult information easy to come by, our daily curation of opportunities, our ongoing events and even our lending library.
And every day, a close-knit team at YCN helps ambitious creative organisations around the world connect with our members and find talent for their opportunities, commissions and campaigns. Or sometimes just to be inspired by something new.

Our members are based in countries all over the world. Our current home is at 72 Rivington Street in London; a lovingly converted warehouse combining a ground floor shop and library, two stories of studio and a rooftop too. The ground floor is open daily, so do drop by.

Nick established YCN in 2001 and works daily to develop the ideas and activities that ensure we deliver against our purpose.
Zoë works across YCN activities, events and new ventures; liaising daily with members and tutors across our college network.
Kezia's role spans across our Education efforts, with a seasonal focus on the planning and promotion of the YCN Student Awards.
Alex leads on client projects for YCN Studio, drawing on this experience to support YCN members through our education activities.
Tim steers the day-to-day work of YCN Talent Agency, and supports YCN members through personal guidance and education activities.
A member of the YCN Studio team, Alex was central to the inaugural School at YCN course and leads the design of the YCN Student Awards Annual.
Tom manages the research, commissioning and daily editing of editorial content published in our intelligence section.
Jennie manages our online and physical shop; curating, developing and marketing its array of design led products.
Spencer is a core member of the YCN Studio team, focussing on web based projects.
Ally works across creative projects in the Studio team, curating and sourcing talent as she goes.
Arthur is the latest member to the YCN Studio team, working creatively on design projects for YCN and our clients.
