The second session of a new format will see eight designers gather in the Library, with three of the group debriefing on a recently completed project.
We're keen to explore the value in a group of graphic designers from different organisations (brands and agencies) sharing recently completed projects, and informally debriefing one-another on their approach and what they learned in the delivery — opening things up for discussion. This first session, hosted in the Library at YCN saw Nathan Joyce, Creative at PROPERCORN, present his recent work on a new kids range, Lantern's Henry Brown share recent branding work for Primal Roots, and COOK's Head of Brand Design Kendall Wright talk through a recent editorial design project as part of the company's 20th anniversary.
The session worked very well indeed and we'll run a second on the morning of Tuesday 12th of December. Sharing recently finished work for Airbnb will be Koto designer Dave Raxworthy, while Andry Ratovondrahona from Else will be talking through a noteworthy customer experience project. If you're working in a design role, and would like to join the group — either to share a project, or to discuss those shared — please drop us a line below.
