This latest session bringing studio managers together to share their experiences, challenges and opportunities will focus on the relevance of marketing to their roles.
Hosted in the studios of members Human After All, we’ll bring a group of studio managers together on the 10th of December to share learnings around the ways their role relates to the businesses marketing efforts. We’re keen to explore people’s experience of providing marketing support in the role (whether that’s looking after social channels, or more actively putting together proposals and approaches), and to share among the group some new ideas and opportunities that can be taken away, put into practice and tested out.
To bring some external perspective, and to kick-start the conversation, we’ll hear from Cat Turner, co-founder of member agency Cult LDN. Cat and her team have tried out lots of different ways of marketing what they do, and building a sense of responsibility for marketing throughout the business. She’s kindly agreed to share some lessons of what’s worked and what’s not — and to enter into the conversation that will follow.
