Wellness, with Sanctus
Roundtable | YCN — Free to members

James and George, the founders of mental fitness start up Sanctus, lead the first roundtable in a series exploring wellness at work.

In 2017, our short focus on the topic of wellness and its relation to work culture and productivity, over a series of events, proved to be something that many people wanted to learn more about. So we’ll fittingly refocus in the early part of this year, as we collectively set out to re-energise and renew our best intentions both at home and at work.

To start we’ll be bringing in the learnings and stories of a number of startups in the space, hearing from those offering value to larger organisations through wellness and productivity offerings.

First up will be a roundtable session led by James and George — the founders of Sanctus: a community of ‘personal trainers for mental fitness’, who are promoting a new workplace culture where an empathetic approach to mental health is standard, not an exception. Through workshops and coaching opportunities, Sanctus helps businesses to create safe spaces that encourage open, honest conversation, and in turn develop workplaces that supports mental health, and enable employees to bring their full self to the office.

We'll hear what they've learned since launching, the feedback they've been getting and what they feel their experiences reveal about the expectations of employees and the behaviours of modern businesses.

We'll be curating a group of people to join the table with relevant experiences and goals to share. Do drop us a line if you'd like to come along.
