The foremost five
Growth Surgery | YCN — For members

In the first of our Growth Surgeries, explore five key target areas of opportunity for growth with IP innovator Erica Wolfe-Murray.

In the first of our Growth Surgery morning sessions, Erica Wolfe-Murray is going to explore five key target areas of opportunity for growth that you should have in your sights.  These are past/existing clients, future clients, your competitors, new buyers and new audiences.  Each needs a different approach and offers a rich variety of potential for you to mine.

What can you offer them to surprise, intrigue, make them what to buy?  But how too can you improve what you gain from any deals you strike to build long term value in your business? And what could those deals look like?  How can you generate new opportunities from old lists?

Erica will talk about each area giving you some practical tips, inspiring ideas backed up with some recent case studies.

The 60 minute talk will be followed by a lengthy Q&A session.  For each Growth Surgery, Erica will be staying in our Rivington Street venue until midday or until your questions have dried up.  If you want to book a 1-to-1 10-minute chat with her during the morning, send an email to Kirsty at kl@ycn.org, and we’ll book it in.
