Money matters
Growth Surgery | YCN — For members

In the second of Erica Wolfe-Murray's Growth Surgeries, find out how to talk money, and borrow revenue models from other creative industries.

In Erica's second Growth Surgery for March, she’s going to talk all things money. With her experience of having been both a creative head and a financial director, it’s a topic which holds little fear.  Come and find out how to talk money, manage your money better and discover how you can borrow revenue models from other creative industries, from high finance, from the high street to generate more income for your agency.

Erica will be drawing examples from her list of over 50 ways of earning, gathered from across our industry, as well as other sectors, and showing us how to apply them.

The 60 minute talk will be followed by a lengthy Q&A session.  For each Growth Surgery, Erica will be staying in our Rivington Street venue until midday or until your questions have dried up.  If you want to book a 1-to-1 10-minute chat with her during the morning, send Kirsty an email at kl@ycn.org and we’ll book it in.
