Doing PR in-house: Opportunities, benefits and challenges
Roundtable | YCN Library — For our members

Being a popular topic in a number of recent member catch-ups, we'll be opening up conversation and sharing experiences around doing PR in-house.

For many brands, there is an appeal to 'owning' PR in-house: building capabilities internally and aligning them with other parts of the team, and potentially bringing in external consultancy expertise around key campaigns and other moments.

At this roundtable in the Library at YCN, we'll bring together a group of those who are leading such teams and efforts internally, inviting them to share their learnings, and – while acknowledging there's not a 'one-size-fits-all' approach – to identify whether there's some consensus around modern and effective approaches. And to explore things like how you transition from an agency relationship to an internal model.

If this fits well with the work you do at a brand, and you would like to come and share some experiences — drop us a line below.
