Companies dedicate a lot of time and resources to working out how to reach their customers, crafting campaigns and communications to bring their products and services to life. But, all too often, they fail to put the same effort and commitment into their employer brand, how it comes to life internally, and how it engages prospective employees.
Continuing our recent focus on ways in which employers are creatively engaging with their teams, we'll bring a group together for breakfast on 17th July at Dishoom to discuss how companies can develop motivating employer brands, and share learnings around the challenges that come with the territory.
Joining us will be Shelley Hoppe, Founder of Southerly – a small, specialist content marketing agency with experience in producing content strategy and delivery for both internal and external marketing initiatives. We'll also welcome Dishoom’s Chatter-walli, Ayesha Mansour, who is passionate about how the company communicates with current and potential employees, and will share her experiences as a starting point for the conversation.
We'll be discussing matters such as:

- Ideas to motivate, challenge and inspire teams
- Developing creative solutions to aid recruitment and retention
- Challenges and opportunities for HR and Marketing collaboration
- Strategies for internal communications
