Sharing challenges, making connections and building capabilities among curated groups of peers
Our Learning Groups offer a high quality environment where challenges are aired, capabilities built and connections made among peers from like-minded organisations. Groups are closely curated to reflect roles, career stages and topics of common interest — with up to 12 people in each. Over a 12 week period, groups come together for six, two hour in-person sessions, with guest speakers and subject experts taking part in each. Recommended reading and digital resources are shared inbetween, alongside reflection exercises and challenges. Groups are formed around a belief in the purposeful power of peer-led learning; where ideas are shared, thinking is challenged, accountability is created and new connections are made.
This group is for early to mid-career marketers with around 3-4 years experience, direct reports, strategic and budgetary responsibilities and regular interactions with creative teams (internal, external or both). Find out more about joining future groups, around this and other topics.
