Leadership Group 01, Group meetup
Group | YCN — Within programme cost

Over a nine-month period, groups come together for six half-day facilitated sessions. Recommended reading, tools and digital resources are shared in-between.

Leadership today is about being open to ideas from everywhere, getting everyone involved and enabling the conditions for creativity to thrive. It’s about purposefully empowering teams to generate, test and deploy new ideas and thinking; co-creating, building communities, collaborating and inviting diverse contributions along the way. In the ever changing, complex and digitally driven world of work, creative thinking is what will give people, teams — and those leading them — the competitive edge.

Our Leadership Groups create the conditions for confidential discussion of the challenges that come with the territory, and for new approaches to be developed through the perspectives of  peers and practitioners. Find out more information on future groups and how to join them here.
