Procurement insights, with Tina Fegent
Roundtable | YCN — For our members

To impart her extensive knowledge on modern marketing procurement, we've invited specialist Tina Fegent to join a roundtable for founders and principles of agencies.

The purpose of this session is to share learning on navigating the procurement process, and how to build mutually valuable relationships when creativity is bought and sold, and binding commercial terms are agreed.

Tina Fegent has set up marketing procurement teams for big organisations like O2, GSK and Orange & France Telecom, and has also worked agency-side as commercial director at both Grey Advertising and Lowe London. Bringing a unique perspective from both the client and supplier, Tina will draw on this when sharing her experiences, and answering our questions.

Here's a testimonial from Kerry Glazer, CEO of AAR Group on working with Tina:

"Tina brings more than 20 years of marketing procurement insight and experience from her roles within blue chip, international marketing-led companies together with her unique perspective and take on how communications agencies actually work – knowledge gained from working on the inside. Tina’s approach is direct, pragmatic, collaborative and highly professional."

If you're leading in an agency context, and would like to share your experiences among peers, and sharpen your understanding on procurement led processes through the perspective of an expert, then we'd love to have you along.
