Studio Managers
Learning Group | YCN Library — For our members

We'll be bringing a group of studio managers together to air and share learnings, and highlight future topics of conversation.

We began this Learning Group last year, regularly bringing together studio managers to share knowledge, challenges and opportunities in relation to the role. At each session we invite someone along to share their relevant expertise, around which they kick start the conversation.

In the first session, we heard from Cat Turner, co-founder of creative & social media agency Cult LDN. Having tried and tested a number of different marketing techniques with her team, Cat kickstarted the conversation with an external perspective, sharing the valuable lessons she has learned from what has and hasn't work for the agency.

Most recently, Gunpowder Consulting's Lucy Mann joined the group for breakfast at Dishoom to share some expertise around 'marginal gains', and the ways that studio managers can support the sales and marketing process.

On the 31st of July, we'll be welcoming new and old faces to join the group again, hearing some of your current challenges and opportunities on which we can focus the conversation in future sessions. Please drop us a line below if you'd like to come along.
