Writing new business emails
Roundtable | YCN — For our members

The Future Factory’s Kimi Gilbert will lead a roundtable discussion on the art of writing a successful new business email.

Everyday, brands are bombarded with new business emails, many of which are generic, mass-mail outs that lack personality and get ignored as a result. It is therefore crucial for agencies to structure their emails in a way that will encourage decision makers to read from start to finish, and motivate them to take action.

Master of new business emails, The Future Factory demonstrates this: every month, the business development consultancy arranges approximately 100 new business meetings with decision makers at top-tier brands – using nothing more than the humble email.

Director of Training & Development at The Future Factory, Kimi Gilbert, has a wealth of experience in agency business development; and on the 25th of October she will visit the Library to lead a roundtable discussion on the art of writing new business emails.

What this session will cover:

After exploring all the elements a successful new business email should contain, attendees will spend the bulk of the session dissecting real-life examples of new business emails (everything from conventional approaches to the more creative variety).

Attendees will leave the session being well-versed in all the Dos and Don’ts of new business emails and a framework for writing their own new business emails in the future

This session is for:

Anyone responsible for lead generation within an agency, wishing to learn the dos and don’ts of new business emails.
