This half-day workshop, led by ex-advertising account director and improvisation specialist, Sam Pearce, will equip you with the skills to keep your cool in any situation.
Modern life can be stressful—our days are always getting busier and the pressure harder to manage. Grounded in Sam Pearce’s passion for improvisation techniques and honed through many years of working in the unforgiving ad industry, this half-day workshop will give you the tools to face down whatever the day may throw at you.
What will we cover?

Unpacking the triggers that lead to these feelings
Learning how to spot when we are slipping out of control of a situation
How to bring ourselves back into the moment
Developing the skills to deal with some of the most high-pressure moments in our day-to day lives, and how to thrive in them
Committing to actions that can be applied to real world challenges
How will this session be structured?
Throughout the session you'll be on your feet working in groups and developing improvisation skills in practical exercises and games. There will also be time to think about how to apply what you have learnt to real world challenges.
