The Coaching Mindset
Workshop | YCN — For our members

Led by strategy consultant and leadership coach Liz Whitney, this hands-on full-day session is for those keen to explore coaching mindsets and methods for enriching management at work.

Coaching is more than just an applied skill—it’s a way of approaching any given situation with the right mindset. But just what do we need to do to get ourselves into that mindset in the first place? Adapt your leadership skills and better manage your business this month at Shoreditch House, where we’ll be hosting a full-day workshop with leadership coach and consultant Liz Whitney. You’ll learn first-hand about coaching methods, mindsets and approaches, with plenty of takeaways to apply, test and learn within your own team.

What will we cover?

  • The basic skills of coaching and how to get yourself into the ‘coaching mindset’

  • How the coaching mindset can improve your leadership style

  • Effective delegation and accountability methods

  • Avoiding the obvious pitfalls

  • Further reading and resources to enhance your own learning

How will the session be structured?

This full-day session will combine a mix of moderated conversations followed by an opportunity to apply and demonstrate what you’ve learned in smaller groups. Lunch provided.

Who is it for?

Anyone with a curiosity about coaching methods, or for those interested in stepping up their leadership style. Members with allocation can reserve a place below.
