We'll be joined by the neuroscientist, leadership coach and author of the game-changing new brain training book: The Source.
Dr Tara Swart is the author of the award-winning Neuroscience for Leadership: Harnessing the Brain Gain Advantage, whose study of both neuroscience and psychology has equipped her with the skills to become a leading speaker and executive leadership coach. Now she wants you to change the way you think, using the practical lessons set out in her latest book, The Source: Open Your Mind, Change Your Life. The book, which consists of a four-step plan that combines science and spirituality, promises to awaken the power of your brain, challenge “autopilot” thinking and teach us to “harness the power of visualisation" and “dispel fear”. She draws directly on her experiences as an advisor to the world's top firms, where she coaches leaders to harness key competencies and creativity in order to “make better decisions, improve performance and resilience and deal with complexities and innovations more effectively”.
On the evening of Wednesday 15th May, we'll sit down with Tara to hear more about her scientifically corroborated approach to the power of thought, her pragmatic attitude to the strong connection between body and mind, and how her strategies bridge the gap between science and real-life situations. If you're interested in new ways to challenge yourself, or think you could be getting more out of life, this will be a valuable opportunity to put your own questions to Tara, and to hear firsthand how we can master our minds in order to fulfil our potential.
