Learn the foundations of great creative teamwork in this interactive and practical session, with strategist, trainer and facilitator Alison Coward.
In this workshop we'll explore how to increase your team’s capacity for doing your best work together, by understanding how to create a good balance between creativity and productivity. We'll examine what factors make the most successful teams, and learn some easy to implement, practical tips to incease collaboration.
Alison will share her knowledge of how to start making real changes, drawn from her significant experience running her consultancy Bracket and leading and facilitating many creative teams. She'll lead us through how to improve team culture and dynamics, from techniques for running better meetings and workshops, to how to design methods for effective collaboration.
