Leading Effective Team Meetings
Workshop | YCN Library — For our members and programme participants

Learn the foundations of great creative and engaging team meetings in this interactive and practical session, with strategist, trainer and workshop facilitator Alison Coward.

What makes a good team meeting? Alison Coward — founder of consulting and facilitation agency Bracket — will lead this session and show us. From setting the foundations that create a great work meeting environment through to making good habits stick, this half-day workshop will provide you with everything you need to know about creative, engaging and productive meetings.

What will we cover?

  • How to make meetings more collaborative and engaging, and encourage creativity

  • Dealing with common challenges that come up during meetings

  • Keeping discussions on track

  • Getting ideas and input out of everyone in your team

  • Learning about the different kind of meetings, exercises and activities conducive to creative and productive discussion

  • How to lead a meeting that has real impact

How will the session be structured?

The session will be both interactive and practical. You will have the opportunity to address our own challenges and questions, as well as leave with tips and techniques we can apply straight to our own workplaces.

Who is it for?

Anyone who has to facilitate group discussions, or feels like they could do more to get more out of their workplace meetings.
