Led by certified Tiny Habits® coach and ex-Do Lectures Creative Director Mike Coulter, this highly engaging two-hour workshop, is rooted in Stanford University Professor BJ Fogg’s ground-breaking method of behaviour design.
Tiny Habits helps people live happier, healthier, more productive lives, and be on their A-Game more of the time. A breakthrough and effective behaviour design protocol it's been improving the performance, productivity and well-being of thousands of people around the world since 2012. And Mike will bring the research along with him to back that up.
The session will set out to fix a universal problem we all have: "How can I get myself to do more of the stuff I know should be doing, but can’t get myself to do?" You'll learn a new Super-Power in 120 minutes flat.
