We'll bring together a group of senior marketers to share experiences, and explore opportunities, around audience led strategies.
Our roundtable series sees curated groups gather, for facilitated conversation around topics of common interest. Past sessions have focussed on areas like workplace wellbeing strategies, employer brand propositions and better approaches to creative briefing.
This roundtable session, hosted in the Guardian's Kings Place offices will explore what it means to be a truly audience led organisation; bringing in the perspectives of senior marketers across a range of creatively-driven organisations.
All too often organisations get stuck in a pattern of internally driven strategies which don't always fully reflect or engage the intended audience, which can impact results. Audience led strategies are frequently championed by leaders in marketing as a route to competitive advantage, but can be hard to implement and can come up against blockers. This session is a chance to get together with a mix of like-minded marketers, facing this common challenge, and discuss what's working and what's not within their organisations.
Moderated by a member of the YCN team, we'll ask everyone to come armed with something anecdotally related to share — perhaps on point to some research, segmentation, call centre insights or customer journey mapping — in confidence among the group. Do drop us a line below if you'd like to come along.
