Making Time
Workshop | YCN Rivington Rooms — For our members and programme participants

This could be the best two hours you ever spend, time to reboot your relationship with time itself — so you feel more in control of it, and are getting more done.

In this session we’ll be exploring the secrets of workplace productivity, understanding how we can make more of our time and therefore get more done at work.

Together, we’ll reframe the ideas of efficiency and effectiveness, deal with distractions and becoming fanatical about focus — so that we feel on top of our workload, less stressed about deadlines and more in control of the finite time we all have.

What we'll cover:

• Purposefully prioritising
• Awareness of our personal blockers
• Practical steps for boosting our productivity
• Understanding distractions and blockers to focus
• Creating a personal plan for change

How the session will be structured:

Led by YCN Asssociate Caroline Laycock, we'll work through a mix of instruction, facilitated discussion and lots of putting new tools and techniques into practice together.

Who this session is for:

Anyone wishing to reboot their relationship with time, feel more in control of their day and pick up very practical approaches for immediate use.
