When applying a coaching mindset, skills like attunment, questioning, listening and the raising of self-awareness in others come to the fore— and it's these we'll explore through this ongoing serioes of 'Coaching Conversations'. You're invited to join an invigorating and transformative experience, delivered remotely among like-minded peers, that will help you bring out the best in yourself and others.

How the session will be structured:
Led by an accredited YCN coach with group coaching specialisms, we'll combine instruction and group discussion with the practical application of new ideas — and reflection around them.
