Making time, when working from home
Remote learning | For our partners' teams

In a little over an hour, you'll reboot your relationship with time — taking away practical tools for feeling more in control, and are getting more done when working remotely.

In this session, led by productivity lover Caroline Laycock, we’ll be exploring the secrets of productivity, understanding how we can make more of our time and therefore get more done at work — particularly in these suddenly distributed times.

Together, we’ll reframe the ideas of efficiency and effectiveness, deal with distractions and becoming fanatical about focus — so that we feel on top of our workload, less stressed about deadlines and more in control of the finite time we all have.

What we'll cover:

• Purposefully prioritising
• Awareness of our personal blockers
• Practical steps for boosting our productivity at home
• Understanding distractions and blockers to focus
• Creating a personal plan for change

How the session will be structured:

We'll work through a mix of instruction, facilitated discussion and putting new tools and techniques into practice together.

Who this session is for:

Anyone wishing to reboot their relationship with time, feel more in control of their day and pick up very practical approaches for immediate use.
