Being a B Corp, a breakfast panel at Innocent
Talk | Innocent Drinks — For our members and programme participants

Join us at Fruit Towers to explore the impact that B Corp certification is having for its growing band of businesses, and the broader cultural forces driving the success of the movement.

On the morning of the 26th March we'll be partnering with certified B Corp Innocent, bringing together fellow B corps and others interested in sharing learning around the movement, what it means to be a B Corp and the commercial and cultural trends driving the interest in positive and purposeful business.

Becoming a certified B Corporation means a lot more than just a simple product or service assessment. It measures a company’s complete social and environmental performance, and businesses large and small — from the Body Shop to the Myers Briggs Company are embracing the value and symbolism that certification offers.

And the momentum of the movement reveals interesting insights into increasing customer appetite for brands and businesses that can balance purpose and profit, forcing a greater emphasis on the impact of decisions as more and more people vote with their wallets.

Hosting a panel of purposeful perspectives, to explore these themes and open up conversation among all those along, will be Charlotte Sewell. Chartotte Whilst spent two years working on strategy and impact for B Lab UK, the not for profit that supports the B Corp community in the UK, helping to launch the movement in the UK. Our panelists will be shared here shortly.

If you work within a B corp, are curious to find out more about being becoming one or are otherwise tempted by some lively discussion around modern business (and a fruity breakfast) — then we'd love to have you along. Please drop us a line below.
