Running Remote Meetings, with Kirsty Lewis
Remote Learning | For our members and programme participants

You're going to be having more of them, so discover some proven principles for making the most of remote meetings — that you can put into practice right away.

If not already, in the coming weeks and months you're going to be regularly and remotely gathering with colleagues and clients. So having a good grounding in understanding the how and the why of the ways remote meetings work (or don't) is going to be important for your energy, creativity and productivity. Because for all they promise in convenience and accessibility, they're often lacking in their effectiveness, enjoyability and richness as a human experience.

In this short, focussed and practical session we'll share tools and techniques we've sharpened in designing and facilitating remote meetings and other virtual group gatherings for our clients. And we'll be joined by an expert in the field too — Kirsty Lewis, founder of The School of Facilitation. Kirsty spent the first 11 years of her working life helping teams build their capability in the world's number 1 drinks business, and for the most recent 10 years has focused on training, facilitating and coaching groups; wherever they may be based. She'll also share some practical first person perspective, before we open up the group for questions and ideas.

We'd love to have you virtually along, and do drop a line below if you'd like to join the session.
