There are many well-known benefits of practising yoga, whether it's stress reduction, increased energy and focus, or a stronger mind and body. As lots of us transition into different working routines at home, taking a small amount of time to move and breathe together can help support us in feeling good and starting our day well.
Led by yoga and meditation teacher Ella Reynolds, this short session is all about getting familiar with some movement, breathwork and mindfulness techniques you can learn and practice from the comfort of your own seat.
Ella will lead a thirty minute practice on ZOOM, followed by some time to check in with others joining and questions. We'd love to see you there.
