And Breathe... with Ella Reynolds.
Remote Learning | For our members and programme participants

An energising way to begin your day. Learn some practical ways to use breathing techniques for less stress and more focus, among a remote group of peers.

Breathing is one of our body’s most basic functions, and most essential to life. From the very first intake of air, it is what guides us through every life event, triumph and challenge. There is much scientific research into the benefits of slowing and connecting to our breath, from a reduction in stress and improving brain function to better sleeping patterns. And with the rise in popularity of practices such as yoga and meditation, where breathwork is integral, many people are waking up to the fact that our best tool for becoming more grounded and present is always right at our disposal.

Led by Ella Reynolds, this bitesize one hour session will explore some simple techniques for controlling and connecting to our breath that we can apply to make us feel instantly calmer. We'll learn about why breathing well is so important to feeling well, practice together and share experiences with the group.
