There are many well-known benefits of practising yoga, whether it's stress reduction, increased energy and focus, or a stronger mind and body. As lots of us transition into different working routines at home, taking a small amount of time to move and breathe together can help support us in feeling good.
Yoga and meditation teacher Ella Reynolds will lead a gentle Vinyasa yoga practice to energise the body and soothe the mind on your lunch hour. This is a 60 minute session, including movement, breathwork and mindfulness techniques. We'd love to see you there.
