When our regular routines are disrupted the stability we find in our daily practices becomes all the more important. And with many of us now working from home, we’re faced with a different set of distractions so it's easy to feel scattered, caught between the tangle of tasks competing for our attention. With screen time increasing, and digital communication on the up, coming back to our bodies helps us reset and recharge.
This 30-minute virtual session is designed to counter these real challenges, and support wellbeing.
The way we begin or end our days has a huge impact on our mindset, productivity and the way we approach our work and life. And as we find ourselves working within these new boundaries its even more important we maximise every source of energy and inspiration we have — and our bodies play a central part in that shift.
In this energising 30-minute session, Katy will guide you through a full body workout of enlivening exercises to wake up and shake out every part of your body — whether you're on the West Coast of the US with your day ahead or in Europe and looking to energise with your evening in mind. Please wear comfortable clothing, find space to move freely and a glass of water as a reward for all you put in.
