Managing Yourself Remotely
Remote learning | For our partners' teams

Develop strategies, and pick up practical tools for more purposeful, balanced and productive approaches to working from home.

Working from home, something that might be a fresh reality for many of us, comes with a particular set of benefits, and challenges. Familiar principles such as motivation, prioritisation and time management can take on a new urgency; while the process of defining and establishing new routines becomes all the more important.

This timely, and interactive, session is designed to support you in understanding and building the habits that will increase and enhance your effectiveness when working remotely. We'll explore, discuss and try our tools and techniques to support us individually, and also to enable better interactions and impact among our teams.

What we'll cover:
• The psychology of habits: and how to build good habits at home
• Managing our focus: circles of control, influence and concern
• Managing stress: keeping our 'stress footprint' small
• Managing our time: routine setting and prioritisation.

How the session will be structured:
Expect an energising mix of instruction, discussion and the exploration of new approaches in small breakout groups.

Who the session is for:
This session is open to anyone curious to learn new approaches to making more of their working days when working remotely.
