Be more horse: Lessons from the equine world
Remote learning | For our partners' teams

Led by performance coach and equestrian expert Louise Hedges, this session is all about shifting our perspective into the animal kingdom.

Louise coaches leadership teams at some of the most forward thinking organisations at work today, maintaining her mental and physically fitness through a passion for keeping and riding horses.

Over time, she's drawn rich parallels — and transferred many learnings from her time with horses, into the modern world of work. From globally listening, to setting clear boundaries; Louise believes there's much we should take from our equine friends into our own lives, and that by 'being more horse' we will achieve more in our work and relationships.

In this practical and enlightening session, she'll take us on a steady gallop through these principles — and give us clear takeaways to put into practice right away.

What we'll cover:

• Intelligent bravery
• Projecting presence and energy
• Leading with consistency
• Having great boundaries
• Being aware of your surroundings
• Slowing down to speed up

How the session will be structured:

Expect a thought-provoking, creative and refreshing hour and fifteen minutes, combining ideas, conversation and putting things into practice right away.

Who is the session for?

You!
