In a little over an hour, you'll reboot your relationship with time — taking away practical tools for feeling more in control, and getting more done.
In this session we’ll be exploring the secrets of productivity, understanding how we can make more of our time, get more done at work and recognise where to focus and when. All the more relevant in these turbulent and distributed times.
Together, we’ll reframe the ideas of efficiency and effectiveness, deal with distractions and become fanatical about focus. The goal is more control of our workload, less stress about deadlines and positive new outlooks and habits to take forward.

• Practical steps for boosting our productivity at home
• Frogs and when to eat them
• Understanding distractions and blockers to focus
• Creating a personal plan for change
How the session will be structured:
We'll work through a mix of instruction, facilitated discussion and putting new tools and techniques into practice together.
