Yoga for Work
Remote Learning | For our partners' teams

We'll physically counteract the effect work has on our bodies, and experience how yoga philosophy brings new perspectives to our working challenges.

There are many well-known benefits of practising yoga, whether it's stress reduction, increased energy and focus, or a stronger mind and body. As lots of us transition into different working routines at home, taking a small amount of time to move and breathe together can help support our wellbeing, comfort and creativity

Yoga and meditation teacher, and facilitator, Ella Reynolds will lead a gentle late afternoon Vinyasa yoga practice, designed to energise your body and mind — and set you up for the rest of your evening.

This is a 60 minute session that includes movement, breath-work and mindfulness techniques.
