A social and digital-first learning experience, bringing groups together remotely to build and apply new skills.
Learning Circles bring curated groups together, to explore new skills and behaviours and put them into practice right away.
Facilitated entirely remotely, each Learning Circle has a topic of focus and is typically formed for 4 weeks. At the start of each week a mini-challenge or 'mission' is shared among the group to tackle over the course of that week, before everyone shares feedback and reflections at the end of it. Participants are encouraged to follow a Discover > Apply > Reflect > Share method throughout, incorporating everything into their working week so that learning is happening through doing, and no real time 'out of work' is required.
Over the course of each week, through our social learning platform Can, prompts and other practical nuggets of digital content are shared to support discovery and application around the challenge.
And at key moments we invite into the circle experts with relevant points of view, provocations and relevant experiences to share. This might be via short videos, or bitesize conversational sessions on ZOOM. Reciprocity is valued throughout, with members able to table challenges and opportunities for discussion and input among the circle.
