In these challenging times, and with teams more distributed that ever, we're supporting our partners with virtual and socially driven approaches to keeping learning and connected.

Given the rapidly unfolding impact of coronavirus globally, our focus is on supporting learning and connecting among our partners' teams in the safest and most accessible ways possible. We're drawing on our experience and expertise of delivering remote, virtual social programmes to ensure quality of experience, and rich engagement for all involved.

Ways we can support your teams, wherever they are.

Our weekly programme of workshops and events is now being delivered entirely remotely. Your teams can access interactive, topic specifics sessions among peers keeping learning, inspired and connected.

• We can deliver all of the topic specific workshop sessions in our open programme, directly and virtually to groups from within your team. More on that, and key topics below.

• We can virtually host and facilitate company-wide events for teams of any size, drawing in bright minds from across our network.

Our peer coaching groups will continue to be delivered virtually, giving your people managers access to development among like-minds.

• Cohorts for our Managing Remote Teams programme are beginning regularly.

Topic specific workshops, delivered virtually to your teams.

All of our 60 + topic specific workshops, from 'rethinking resilience, to 'managing remote teams', can be delivered virtually to your teams anywhere. More on popular topics below, and here too.

Perfect for connecting those working remotely, in different locations – or otherwise unable to be 'in the room' — virtual workshops are no less interactive, motivating and energising that then in-person equivalents. Over 60-90 minutes, proven social learning approaches are put to work, so participants leave with new tools and techniques to put into practice right away. Follow-up digital and physical resources are also shared to enable people to dig deeper into topics, and make new behaviours stick.

Sessions can be tailored to specific cultural and commercial contexts — and pull in the perspectives of bright minds from across our network. The image at the top of this page is taken from a virtual 'Skills Gym' joined by consultant, and author of Do Disrupt, Mark Shayler, delivered to a global team of leaders from across the adidas group.

Company wide events, delivered remotely to groups of any size.

We deliver day long, and sometimes, multi-day long events and 'learning festivals' to our partners teams globally. Embracing the best of what technology and virtual learning spaces can offer, we connect your teams with bright and generous minds from outside the business for keynote talks, interactive panels and other memorable 'break out' exercises. Topics and themes can support internal interests and priorities, with members of your team participating in hosting and facilitating sessions.

— Speakers in past virtual events, talks and panels have included polar explorer Ben Saunders, entrepreneur Sharmadean Reid MBE, leadership maestro Chris Baréz-Brown and author and activist Alexa Clay.

Below are popular workshop topics from across four key themes for 2020: Personal Effectiveness, Wellbeing, Creative Thinking and Digital Skills, all of which can be delivered virtually to your teams.

Virtual workshop sessions and company-wide events can be delivered to teams as one-off's, or as part of distributed programmes with missions and actions set among the group in-between to support learning transfer. To find out more, or book in sessions — email or call +44 (0)20 7033 2140.
