Leadership Groups provide a rich and curated learning experience, through which the mindsets and methods for purposeful, modern leadership are explored and developed among peers.

Participants join a cross-organisational, 10 strong peer group, for a period of nine months. Groups come together every four to six weeks for a half-day session, led by a ooach facilitator who works within the group throughout. Sessions combine discussion and peer coaching with topic specific activities, reflecting the interests and goals of the group, and delivered by expert guests. At the close of each session actions are committed to, resources shared —and accountability created among the group ahead of next time.

Groups are carefully curated to reflect career level, ensure balance and avoid competition.

Who joins Leadership Groups?

Participants are drawn from the top of organisations, large and small — global businesses like The Guardian, Secret Escapes and Farfetch, fast-growth creative practices like Koto and SODA and cultural institutions like the National Theatre and V&A Museum. Current groups run for founders, execs, department heads and newly promoted leaders.

We build capability

We help organisations of all shapes and sizes to become more capable in pursuit of their goals.

To do this we focus on what we believe to be the three key drivers of organisational capability — People, Purpose and Partnerships. Whether through our open learning programmes, or tailored consultancy work; we love bringing together creatively-minded groups to work and learn in modern and motivating ways.
