Develop your leadership capabilities among a curated peer-group — exploring individual and collective goals, and taking away practical tools and techniques for leading teams.Download PDF
Leadership Groups provide a rich and curated learning experience, through which the mindsets and methods for purposeful, modern leadership are explored and developed among peers.
Participants join a cross-organisational, 10 strong peer group, for a period of nine months. Groups come together every four to six weeks for a half-day session, led by a ooach facilitator who works within the group throughout. Sessions combine discussion and peer coaching with topic specific activities, reflecting the interests and goals of the group, and delivered by expert guests. At the close of each session actions are committed to, resources shared —and accountability created among the group ahead of next time.
Groups are carefully curated to reflect career level, ensure balance and avoid competition.
Who joins Leadership Groups?
Participants are drawn from the top of organisations, large and small — global businesses like The Guardian, Secret Escapes and Farfetch, fast-growth creative practices like Koto and SODA and cultural institutions like the National Theatre and V&A Museum. Current groups run for founders, execs, department heads and newly promoted leaders.
About our Coach Facilitators
Current leadership groups are led by Hilary Gallo and Erik Rodin. Coach Facilitators supporting future groups can be found in the programme PDF.
Hilary started his career as a lawyer at Clifford Chance before becoming Commercial Director at Accenture and Capgemini. Today his focus is on enabling people, and supporting leaders and organisations facing change. As a mediator and executive coach, his emphasis is helping people to purposefully work to their strengths. His latest book ‘Fear Hack’ has just been published.
Erik is on a mission to help people, teams and organisations change the way they work for the better. He’s led teams at August in New York, WhatIf? in London and ran the Hyper Island MA in Digital Management.
