Design and production of a series of subject specific modules — ‘Skills Gyms’ — to support the longstanding global leadership programme Talent Carousel since 2015. We lead on all design, delivery, and supporting learning community management.
WeTransfer managers' programme
Supporting a growing team of managers at the Amsterdem based file-transfer maestros. Skills gaps were identified through a capabilities audit, before a series of modules developed to address them with in-person workshop sessions mapped to specific coming business objectives.
