We design and tailored capability building programmes to support specific business objectives, drawing in expertise from across our network.

Creatively-driven organisations like adidas, Secret Escapes, Dr Martens and WeTransfer partner with YCN to build capabilities among their teams to deliver their important business objectives — and in motivating, meaningful and modern ways.

We design and deliver learning experiences that combine physical and digital content, create connections with other-like minded people organisations and that fit the high-expectations of modern minds. Where relevant we can overlay what's tailored with content in our core learning programme to further enrich the experience.

Some examples of tailored programmes are provided below, with fuller examples of these and otherrs available in the case studies section of the website.

Joining our Learning Network

Imaginative organisations, large and small, use YCN to build capabilities throughout their teams in modern, motivating and memorable ways.

Our peer-led membership programme is a popular starting point; giving teams open and self-directed access to a weekly calendar of in-person learning, a digital learning platform and a personal relationship with our own connective central team.
