Working in a supportive cohort through our proven Core Four foundational modules; you'll begin with a Reflective Assessment offering motivating personalised insights to take into a series of deeply practical workshops, supported with timely tools to flex in the relationships that matter most.

From a first focus on self-management, to committing to conversational consistency — these Core Four modules have been road tested and refined alongside leaders and managers from organisations of all shapes and sizes. They offer a set of foundational behaviours and skills to benchmark capability against, prioritise establishing and then build on. Here you'll find an outline for each, and links to some digital resources that sit within each module.

1. Your Reflective Assessment

You'll onboard through a simple tool inviting you to reflect and benchmark your current confidence and capability around key behaviours. And we'll invite you to nominate some colleagues, to also share their perspective. You'll get a motivating picture of your current effectiveness; highlighting your strengths in action, helping you to prioritise development areas and offering points to measure your progress against throughout.

Digital and physical resources, linked to the focus of each module, are shared with you at the outset. Ahead of each of your collaborative workshops you'll be invited to experiment with them in your teams, bringing your experiences and evidence of impact into the live space. Tools take the form of bitesize video, short bursts of eLearning and practical conversational activities — all designed to prime for reflection and discussion with your cohort peers.

Run on a fortnightly frequency, each module includes a 2 hour live workshop — led by your cohort's Coach Facilitator, and connecting you back in to your cohort peers. Workshops blend collective and small group reflection, discovery and practical exploration of new tools and techniques, with a focus on creating accountability for action. Core programme behaviours are revisited throughout the workshops, treating these behaviours as building blocks that purposefully combine.
