You'll begin with personal onboarding...
We'll first share a Reflective Assessment, helping you benchmark your current confidence and capability around the core behaviours we'll explore in the modules. From there you'll be invited to a 20 minute 1-1 kick off session with a YCN coach, debriefing on the assessment and defining some priority focus.
... and start exploring a self-paced pathway
Your digital hub will guide you through each module, mixing expert perspectives and evidence-led input with tools to test and missions to apply. Short submissions are invited, and reflection prompts shared throughout — connecting you with our coaches for feedback and encouragement. You can work through the pathway at your own pace, and we recommend diarising 2 X 30 minutes blocks of time a week.
You'll receive a tactile toolkit...
A purposeful deck of cards will complement the digital pathway; helping you keep core concepts in hand, mind, practice and conversations. Central to this is your everyday coaching Question Bank, something you'll actively build throughout the experience, as you build your confidence with the everyday coaching approach.
... and join collaborative Coaching Huddles
As you work through your pathway, you'll be invited to join virtual, 60-minute Coaching Huddles — led by our community of Coach-Facilitators. These live sessions offer a chance to collaborate with people-managers from our other partners, connecting and learning around your own experiences and real-world scenarios. Multiple session run monthly, and you'll have unlimited access for 6 months.
Most participants work through the programme and the Core Four modules in around 3 months — some go quicker, some slower. Our Coaching Team will interact with you throughout — welcoming your insights and evidence of experimentation, sharing feedback and inviting you to experience bursts of voice-note coaching, if you'd like to give that a go. We ensure that no learner is left behind!
