If you've five minutes to share your thoughts in response to some punchy and purposeful questions on managing hybrid teams; we'll share back a report pulling together perspectives of peers, and some practical guidance and resources to address mindset and skillset needs identified.
We're curating small groups of people-managers for short, paid focus groups hosted virtually and in-person throughout; a chance to come together with peers and share common challenges and opportunities when it comes to managing teams today.
