Our Next-Gen leaders mentoring programme matches you up with a relevant industry professional for a purposeful and focussed, mutually valuable relationship. Through some enlightening and supportive training workshops and structured one-to-one sessions — you'll supersize your thinking about what's next. A unique development experience
Once matched with a mentor; highly relevant skills in communication and goal-setting are developed through structured 1-1 sessions and the bitesize training workshops that support them. You'll also connect with a community of peers on a similar journey.
A diverse range of partnering organisations
From tech companies like Airbnb and WeTransfer, to creative agencies like Koto and VCCP; publishers like It's Nice That and The Guardian to retailers like Cubitts and Lush — our industry mentors are doing all kinds of jobs in all kinds of industries. We're creating a motivating melting pot for mutually valuable development.
Learn and grow, wherever you are
The programme provides both mentors and mentees with a safe and positive space in which to practice and refine coaching skills in relation to each other's challenges and opportunities. And with the majority of mentoring meets ups taking place on video calls — participation is possible from anywhere.
Helpful training to support your learning
All participants benefit from access to social, bitesize and motivating workshops and on-demand resources around on in-demand skills like coaching and mentoring, goal setting, nurturing a growth mindset and more. As well as supporting the mentoring relationship at the heart of the programme, these skills are also highly transferable to all kinds of relationships — bosses, boyfriends, builders...
Supporting community groups
As well as supporting college leavers and graduates from across our education network, we're supporting young people keen to learn and make their mark from a variety of community groups, social enterprises and self-made starting points. If you'd love to learn more, we'd love to hear from you.
Programme journey
Over 12 weeks, you'll take part in 2 X bitesize group training workshops alongside six X 1-1 sessions with your mentor. Self-directed resources and reflection exercises support the live sessions, with our team on-hand throughout, and everyone invited to join a supportive alumni community at the end of the programme.
