We're looking for a Project Management intern with an interest in creativity, communication and consumer culture to join the YCN team.

Since our beginning in 2001, we’ve been building a community of creatively minded people and organisations around the world, and bringing them together to work and to learn with each other. Today our members include big global brands such as adidas and Innocent, fast-growing newcomers like WeTransfer and Propercorn, global consultancies and recently formed studios, government departments and crusading charities, design maestros and rising illustrative stars.

We provide our community with access to an ongoing, in-person learning programme, consisting of talks, panels, roundtables and workshops; as well as a digital learning platform called Can. Simultaneously, we help to connect them with the best possible talent and partners for any kind of project, brief or purpose — turning learning into action.

Our new Project Management Intern will assist with a wide range of tasks across the company — from assisting with the coordination of our events, through to providing support for our student awards programme. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a proactive problem solver with a positive manner and a can do attitude.

As well as hands-on experience of the skills and processes involved in project management, the internship offers valuable insight into the organisation and commercial aspects of a creative company.

Internships typically last from between one and three months, and are geared around the interests and availability of each candidate.

Joining our Learning Network

Imaginative organisations, large and small, use YCN to build capabilities throughout their teams in modern, motivating and memorable ways.

Our peer-led membership programme is a popular starting point; giving teams open and self-directed access to a weekly calendar of in-person learning, a digital learning platform and a personal relationship with our own connective central team.
