The latest film in our series on mentoring sees Rachel Gott share what she's learnt from the SheSays 'Who's Your Momma' mentoring scheme.

Who's Your Momma is a mentoring programme run by SheSays, a global network for women working in the creative industries. Pairing senior women (aka "Mommas") with their aspiring junior counterparts, the six-month programme aims to help young women find and learn from role models in the industry.

From pitching skills to people managing, many challenges are universal, Rachel argues, meaning mentors and mentees don't necessarily have to work in the same role or discipline.

In this short film she explains how, by setting ground rules and following a formal structure, both parties can get the most out of mentoring.
