London-based animation studio and Member Animade explores the nature of change in its new minimal comic film, Dam.

Directed by senior creative Milo Targett, Member and animation studio Animade has released its latest project, Dam, a short film that follows a community of scuba divers who find themselves in trouble.
The darkly comic film is wryly apt for current times – exploring how quickly turmoil can ensue when in an unfamiliar situation, through minimal illustrations and a stripped-back colour palette. Avoiding the use of VO, Animade also uses muffled dialogue to add to the pared-back design of the animation.
