Designed to support, develop and empower the future leaders in your business; this new programme provides practical and peer-led learning, emphasising the capabilities, cultures and creative mindsets fundamental to the modern leadership playbook. A programme PDF can be downloaded here.
The programme sets out to address a concern which comes up in coversation a lot with our members — that in creative and digitally-minded organisations. rising stars often find themselves in positions of managerial responsibility without much relevant and ongoing training or support. We’re setting out to address this in rich and memorable ways; equipping the next generation of digitally minded leaders with the capabilities, mindsets and connections to drive change and deliver value at an individual and organisational level.
We've partnered with Gillian Davis, author of First Time Leader to develop the programme. Gillian has most recently been working with companies like ustwo and WeTransfer; helping their teams to sharpen and build the most important capabilities for the modern world of work. Everything's designed with the modern learner in mind. Curated cohorts of participants from across different functions, and across different organisations, will come together for a rich and structured experience blending in-person and digital learning. They’ll be learning among like-minds, visiting interesting places, meeting inspiring people from across all kinds of sectors — and building their capabilities and networks as they go. We're interested in how rich the alumni community can become over time.
Learning will be closely tied to work; with each participant’s experience aligned to specifically identified internal challenges and opportunities, which they’ll bring to the programme with the knowledge and sponsorship of a senior colleague. The exploration, sharing and peer-review of these challenges, alongside the application of new ways of thinking and approaches to them, is fundamental to the programme.
