We were joined by the team behind Outvertising to hear their latest views and findings on inclusivity within advertising.

We welcomed Mark Runacus, Emy Mendoza and Kimi Gilbert from Outvertising (known until recently as PrideAM), to the Library — presenting their findings and key ideas from their newly published report. A not-for-profit organisation, Outvertising lobbies brands to encourage more positive LGBTQ inclusion in media. 

Mark, Emy and Kimi opened up a discussion on the 'the reality of the rainbow', positive changes that we can see in the advertising industry, what changes still need to be made, and offered up practical advice on what steps can be taken to create more inclusive campaigns.
