We partnered with the hospitality group to programme a day of learning for its teams around the world, challenging thinking on World Mental Health Day.

10th October was World Mental Health Day. For our partners at Ennismore the day provided a great opportunity to engage teams around the world in learning and conversation around mental health and wellbeing — sharing practical approaches to incorporating mental fitness into our daily routines. We organised and moderated a breakfast panel event at Old Sessions House, Ennismore's London HQ, pulling in some personal perspectives on pertinent topics from co-founder of the Eleos Partnership Olly Church, phsychotherapist and coach Nova Woodrow and vice-president of marketing at Life Works Lauren Berkemeyer. We followed the panel with a series of energising, bite-sized 60 minute workshops that teams could join throughout the day; either in person or remotely using Zoom.
