Learn mindsets and skillsets for building resilience at times of transition and change, among a supportive group of peers.
The past few months have impacted us all in different ways. Our usual routines, ways of working, and perhaps even sense of purpose, may have been shaken in the face of significant uncertainity. And with many of us now returning to workplaces, coming back from furlough, or transitioning through redundancy — this new remotely run programme, Navigating Transition, offers structured and social support — setting out to restore body and mind, reset practices and routines, and achieve greater energy and focus for whatever's next.
The programme is free for our partners' team members at any level of seniority, in (or between) any kind of role; and who feel they would benefit from some support, tools and space to navigate the challenges that come with change and transition.
• Create a space for sharing challenges and opportunities with a supportive group of peers from different organisations.
• Develop a toolkit of practices and activities to support us personally in self-regulating at times of uncertainty.
• Share and develop approaches for building awareness, understanding and compassion for ourselves and others.
• Make time to process recent changes and look towards the future with a practical and sustainable Personal Resilience Plan.
The programme will centre on the themes of Reflect, Restore, Reset and be delivered in 3 modules over the course of 6 weeks.
You'll work with the same group, and coach-facilitators throughout.
Each module will be accompanied with a digital learning pack, with resources to explore and reflection exercises to work through individually, ahead of coming together as a group.
And over the six weeks you'll take part in 3 X 90 minute facilitated group sessions on Zoom, one per module, where you'll explore the themes, exercises and outputs of each module. You'll share your perspectives, and support others as they share theirs. Each participant will leave with a purposeful and personalised plan of new habits and rituals.
The programme will be also be topped and tailed with shorter kick off and wrap and reflect sessions, to connect with each other at the outset and collectively conclude at the close.

Monday 5th October - Welcome session - 45 minutes group session
Tuesday 13th October - Module 1 - 90 minute group session
Tuesday 27th October - Module 2 - 90 minute group session
Tuesday 10th November - Module 3 - 90 minute group session
Monday 16th November - Wrap session - 45 minutes group session
All coaching calls will be live on ZOOM and start at 16:00.
Digital learning packs for each module will be released one week before each call, giving you time to read, process and work through exercises individually in preparation for the group session.
