Work and learn with YCN
Join our community of Associate Coaches and Facilitators

We'd love to hear from you

We’re growing our community of Associate Facilitators and Coaches — helping to deliver modern and motivating training and development programmes to some of the most creative and growth-oriented organisations on the planet.

As well as a chance to take on the virtual, in-person and hybrid (done properly!) assignments that suit your location, specialisms, interests and diary — you’ll be welcome to develop your own thinking, skills and network among a diverse and supportive peer learning community. We organise regular opportunities to meet up with fellow associates (virtually and IRL); and share learning, experiment with new tools and techniques and get access to feedback, supervision and all sorts of peer-led support.

Some more context is shared below, along with details of how to get in touch if you'd like to work and learn in this way.

Enabling teams everywhere

Established in 2001, YCN (You Can Now) is a learning and development partner to organisations of all shapes and sizes; from scaling tech-stars like Epic Games, Gousto and Dice, to sensational retailers like Lush, Cubitts and Dr. Martens; branding maestros like Koto, Wolf Ollins and VCCP to amazing charities like Shelter, the NSPCC and Hubbub.

Working across all sectors, our partners strive for cultures of continual learning — where managers are enabled to have conversations that inspire the acquisition and application of timely new skills among their teams.

A collaborative community

Each week our collaborative community of coaches and facilitators helps curious teams around the world to build in-demand skills for the modern world of work. This happens both directly into our partners at their places of work internationally (virtually and in-person) and within our cross organisational learning programmes.

Blending bitesize, motivating and hyper-practical learning experiences with personalised resources and micro-learning — our focus tends to fall on skills-building within the overlapping themes of:

• Modern Management and Leadership Development

• Personal Effectiveness

• Creative Thinking

• Wellbeing

• DE&I

Virtual facilitation, real impact
Virtual facilitation, real impact

We've learned lots about the potential for rich and immersive virtual facilitation in recent years. And with post-COVID teams continuing to embrace remote-first and distributed working patterns the opportunity continually experiment with inclusive digital development is a hugely exciting one. We'd love to learn about your latest experiences in supporting virtual groups — and are sharing our own continually with our associate community.

Immediate opportunities

More often than not, client partnerships run across a programme of workshops mapped against internal performance priorities, and culture change initiatives — with our coaches, facilitators and subject-experts collaborating with each other across delivery, and working with our close-knit, central design, programme and partnerships team.

We’ve immediate opportunities to plug into existing and soon-to–launch programmes and super keen to hear from coaches and facilitators internationally to explore teaming up.

In person opportunities are both UK based and international — with lots of opportunities to deliver virtually in different time zones too.
