Every week managers have conversations that can change lives. Equipping them with coaching skills to enrich those conversations, has become a priority in the modern world of work. And these skills can be applied in all kinds of other relationships too, at home and with clients — unlocking potential and revealing previously hidden relational riches.

Cohorts are led throughout by one of our ICF accredited associate coaches, each bringing sector specific experience alongside an inclusive collaborative and action-oriented approach.

Each module is launched and explored through a live, experiential workshop; facilitated by the coach leading the group, and creating a safe space for discovery, sharing and plenty of experimental practice. Workshops are run cross-organisationally, or directly into cohorts of your managers - virtually or in-person.

Alongside the experiential workshops, participants join personalised micro-learning pathways with action-oriented nudges shared directly throughout; encouraging the continual application and sharing of all that's explored directly within their relationships.
